Key Responsibilities
Global E-Invoicing & Statutory Reporting:

• Act as the SAP Tax subject-matter expert for regional and global compliance initiatives

Discovery & Solution Design:

SAP Design, Build & Integration Support:
• Support solution design, configuration, and integration activities within SAP (ECC / S/4HANA)
• Validate SAP tax data mappings, master data, transactional data, and output formats
• Collaborate with SAP technical, middleware, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration
Testing, UAT & Go-Live:
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT by validating SAP tax data accuracy
• Assist with cutover planning and go-live execution
• Ensure compliance readiness before go-live through detailed data validation and sign-offs
Post Go-Live & Compliance Monitoring:
• Monitor e-invoice and statutory submission flows post go-live
• Investigate and resolve SAP data, configuration, and integration issues impacting tax compliance
• Work closely with vendors and SAP teams to ensure continuous compliance and system stability
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business, tax, and finance stakeholders
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
• Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation standards, and audit requirements
Required Skills & Experience Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Tax, SAP Finance, or Statutory Compliance
• Proven experience in global e-invoicing and statutory reporting implementations, especially for Europe

The Fixed Asset Accountant reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting. The Fixed Asset Accountant is a key role in the organization and works closely with the engineering and IT teams to properly account for and track fixed assets and capital expenditures projects (CAPEX). The position also collaborates with accounts payable, field locations, corporate accounting, forecasting, planning, and analysis teams to manage and account for fixed assets and ASC 842 lease accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets from acquisition to disposal
Maintain the fixed asset ledger by location in Oracle, including additions, retirements and depreciation
Monitor purchase orders in Oracle and match invoices submitted to the proper project
Ensuring accurate capex and depreciation expense calculations by US GAAP and company policies
Ensuring the accuracy of fixed asset subledgers and their reconciliation with the general ledger

Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical and accounting skills are required

An Audit & Accounting Intern may perform the following duties:

* Prepare basic work papers in excel to test client accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, and fixed assets.
