The Accountant will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global consolidation and Corporate Accounting and will play a key role within the Controllership and broader finance organization. What you'll be doing:
Assist and coordinates the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and worldwide consolidation of actuals, including the submission of monthly financial information and reporting schedules from the business units.
Assist the consolidation procedures, including investigation and clearing of inter-company balances as needed.
Assist and support the OneStream system Cash flow procedures timely and complete Corporate cash flow workflow.
Assist in compilation of consolidated balance sheets, income statements, statements of cash flows, and other executive reporting schedules.
Aid with the review of the 10-Q/10-K, and review of audit committee materials.
Assist of the preparation of the periodic financial presentations for the CFO (earnings conference calls, Board meetings, internal management presentations, etc.).
Assist Corporate Balance sheet flux analysis quarterly.
Assist with system transformation, and process improvement projects as sponsored by the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting Team. This role will be responsible for managing the accounting of fixed assets and the accounting for leases (ASC 842). The ideal candidate will have experience working in a complex, global manufacturing environment, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Excel.
What you'll be doing:
Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset subledger in Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
Apply accounting standards ASC 360 and ASC 842 to asset and lease transactions.
Record asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset and lease accounting close processes.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to fixed assets and leases.
Collaborate with the operations, engineering, and tax teams to ensure proper asset classification and capitalization.
Assist with the implementation and enhancement of fixed asset and lease modules in Dynamics 365.
Prepare capital expenditure reports and support capital budgeting processes.
Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making and capital investment planning.
Ensure controls and documentation are maintained for SOX compliance.

Tax Preparer role involves preparing accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses, providing exceptional customer service, and staying current with tax regulations and laws. The Tax Preparer will play a critical role in helping clients achieve financial success and compliance.
Responsibilities/Duties
Tax Preparation:
Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Review financial records, such as income statements and documentation of expenditures, to determine forms needed to prepare tax returns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and questions in a timely manner.
Conduct client interviews to gather information about their tax situation.
Explain tax return outcomes and provide tax planning advice.
Compliance and Accuracy:
Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations through ongoing education and training.
Ensure all returns are prepared in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Verify the accuracy of data entered into tax software.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions and tax returns.
Ensure all required documents are filed correctly and securely.
Keep up to date with client files and follow up on missing information.
Training and Development:
Participate in training sessions and continuing education to maintain professional credentials.
Stay informed about changes in tax laws and software updates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other tax professionals and office staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
Assist in mentoring and training junior staff members as needed.
Assist in marketing execution
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Must have PTIN or eligible to receive.
Education and Experience
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation.
Physical Requirements
Position requires working at a desk for periods of time. Some overtime and weekend work may be required, especially during tax season.
