Key Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Variance Analysis Establish and update standard costs for materials, labor and overhead across products and production lines. This position is responsible for supporting US federal and state motor fuel tax reporting, tax recovery projects, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and file federal and state motor fuel and lube oil tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Track and enter motor fuel invoice data accurately for tax reporting and audit support. Support tax recovery projects by identifying and documenting eligible transactions and preparing necessary documentation for refund claims. Maintain and update accountable mail tracking systems to ensure timely and secure delivery of tax-related correspondence. Manage exemption certificate requests, including validation, recordkeeping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
