Oversee all fixed asset responsibilities, including additions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Perform daily monitoring and analysis of income statement accounts to identify variances, trends, and potential issues. Develop and deliver ad-hoc accounting reports and financial analyses to support management decision-making. Serve as the super user and owner of the Oracle Projects module, responsible for administration, configuration, and ensuring proper usage across the organization. Participate in ERP system implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Gather data, prepare analyses, and provide documentation for internal and external audits, as well as other accounting projects. Follow-up on other department personnel related to documentation needed for accounting procedures. Assist the Accounting Supervisor with tasks necessary to maintain accurate and timely financial information, including special projects and process improvements. Participates in meetings and orientations. Participate in cross training activities. Executes any other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
