    About the Role The Tax Associate will be primarily responsible for assisting the Tax Team in overseeing the day-to-day tax functions for the Firm's fund structures, which include 30+ closed-end private investment funds and three (3) business development companies ("BDCs"). This position will be hybrid out of our Chicago office with the expectation to come on-site 3-4x per week.
