Job DescriptionDescription:
The Affiliate Network Partner is responsible for negotiating client tax resolutions and completing tax returns while acting as the main point of contact throughout the case. This position is a work from home/office and is on an independent contracted basis. Case assignment is flexible and based on experience. Great opportunity for knowledge expansion, if desired. No need to spend your valuable time or money in marketing expenses as we hand our cases to you to work on.
Partners must be willing to work in conjunction with TDN procedures, using provided case management system, adhere to best practices, and work within the confines of all regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 100 tax resolution cases through the ACS directly with the IRS.
Displays strong leadership skills, promoting synergy and providing guidance and direction on case strategy, customer service issues, withholding guidance, and complex client matters.
Extensive knowledge of IRS processes and procedures; including collections, examinations, innocent spouse, and offer in compromise, appeals, advisory, penalty abatement and ID theft.
Comprehensive understanding of the Internal Revenue Manual and the capacity to build arguments using IRS policy, revenue procedures, and law.
Capacity to work with and resolve all income and debt types.
State resolution experience a plus.
Ability to meet crucial deadlines.
Ensure compliance with tax professional standards and ethics.
Acts in a manner consistent with the rules and standards of both his/her governing professional organization and IRS Circular 230.

Job Responsibilities:
