As an Intern in our Tax service line, you will be responsible for the following: Prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts and its related income tax work papers Complete a variety of projects within engagement timeline and budget guidelines Learn and effectively utilize firm tax preparation software to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance the quality of service to clients Perform self-review of work Perform tax technical research assigned by supervisors Develop strong relationships with firm professionals Participate in firm training and activities Work with your buddy and performance manager on professional development of both technical and soft skills.
