What You'll Do
Assist the tax team in gathering, organizing, and reviewing client documents.
Input financial data and prepare workpapers for individual and business tax returns.
Support the preparation of basic tax returns under supervision.
Communicate with clients to request missing information or clarify details.
Help implement firm processes such as electronic filing, tax document management, and client onboarding.
Participate in training and professional development to prepare for advancement.
What You Bring
1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills - professional, clear, and client-friendly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Experience with tax or accounting software is a plus (e.g., Drake, Lacerte, or QuickBooks).
Desire to grow into a Tax Preparer role through mentorship and hands-on learning.
