Job Description

Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, Taxbit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. Taxbit's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers' tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.

Taxbit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs with teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Europe.
The Opportunity
Taxbit is building the trusted compliance and reporting infrastructure for digital assets and the modern digital economy, enabling enterprises, governments, and financial institutions to meet the new era of tax and information-reporting requirements with automation and confidence. Our Flex platform unifies tax, accounting, and compliance data, giving businesses a single source of truth across entities, jurisdictions, and regulatory frameworks. Flex automates information reporting at scale, helping the world's most sophisticated institutions reduce operational risk, meet evolving global mandates, and unlock actionable insights from complex data.
We're expanding our global sales team and seeking a strategic, high-performing Account Executive to drive enterprise adoption of Taxbit Flex across the Americas and global markets. This is a strategic, consultative role for a seller who can operate confidently at the intersection of technology, regulation, and financial innovation. You'll engage senior decision-makers, shape their approach to compliance automation, and partner closely with Taxbit's subject-matter experts (SMEs) to deliver measurable impact.
About Flex
Flex is an enterprise-grade compliance platform designed for institutions operating across multiple regulatory regimes. It brings together tax, accounting, and information-reporting workflows into a single automated system.
Key modules include:
U.S. Information Reporting: automation of Global Due Diligence (i.e. W9/8/Self-Certification), Form 1099, 1042-S, etc, and related IRS-compliant reporting workflows.
Global Information Reporting: support for global frameworks such as DAC7, CRS, CARF, and other AEOI regimes.
Entity & Data Normalisation: unifying digital-asset and fiat transactions across multiple systems into a single, auditable record.
Accounting & Reconciliation: connecting data across subledgers and ERP systems for complete traceability.
Reporting Insights & Analytics: dashboards and audit-ready intelligence for compliance, tax, and finance teams.
These modules form a unified platform that allows enterprises to automate at scale, adapt to new regulations, and gain real-time visibility into compliance readiness.
What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through to negotiation and close, across companies in digital-asset, fintech, and financial-services sectors.
