Mediocre benefits, horrible pay (there are ladies working there who have been with the company 25+ years and they both make around $25/hr), poorly planned production scheduling, useless HR department,, no defined raises/bonuses- you get a raise or bonus if the director feels like giving you one

Never met him must he can’t be too bright based on how horribly this place is run.

How does your compensation at Taylor Farms compare to the industry average?

Hourly wages are a joke. No one is paid well at this company. I came in as a temp. Upon hire, the raise is .50. Seriously. Even tho the temp service gets paid $5 more than the wage they bring you in on.

What's the diversity at Taylor Farms like?

Many folks from guatamala there. Nice folks but many speak NO English. I’d say the ethnic makeup is 70% native Hispanic and the other 30% a mixture of Americans.

What brings you the most joy at Taylor Farms?
