To be successful in this role you would have:
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional management experience in related field
Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills
Current Pennsylvania RN license
BS Degree, Masters' Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members
