Typical Tasks

Participate in regular management meetings to keep team informed of asset management program.
Develop and adhere to Asset Management policies and procedures, ensuring records are kept up to date and easily accessible by all stakeholders
Provide key resources to provide input to Airport Design Standards from a Total Cost of Ownership and Reliability perspective
Develop Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) and performance targets and perform data analytics tasks to report those to management team on regular basis
Perform failure mode and root cause analysis to evaluate problem causes and remedies on assets
Liaise with airport management and maintenance staff on a regular basis to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Employment Standards
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities maintenance, asset management and/or construction operations
Experience in the use of EAM systems, with familiarity with, or an ability to become familiar with, the EAM system chosen for use by the airport.
Ability to provide system-level administrative organization for EAM systems with independent judgement.
Working familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ability to manage feature class interoperability within EAM systems.
Must have strong work ethic, good organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-past environment, and prioritize multiple tasks. This position will work with all levels of employees, departments, and contractors, and candidate must have strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Overview The Account Management Supervisor will be responsible for the performance management and professional development of a team of Account Managers. This is a leadership role accountable for the health, profitability, and customer success of the entire team's portfolio of business in addition to being an escalation point for all customers. This role will be held accountable for the continued portfolio growth of the account management team by thoroughly providing development and coaching in the following areas; identifying opportunities, relationship building, customer quoting, etc. Responsibilities
Hire, train, and develop Account Management team to ensure company expectations are met and manage underperformance as necessary. Conduct weekly 1:1's in order to effectively coach and motivate the team through their performance KPI's and metrics, individual goals, overall portfolio growth and career-pathing conversations
Manage daily workflow and delegate responsibilities when employees are out of office, ultimately stepping in and providing support as needed
Ensure that the team's tender acceptance and on-time delivery is at or above the customer's SLA while holding the team accountable to proactive and timely response to the customer's requests.
Work collaboratively with the Account Manager on analyzing customer feedback In order to drive improvement and efficiencies. Provide coaching and insight on strategy in preparation and presentation for the customer reviews (MBR & QBR's).
Support and have oversight of pricing requests and RFP's. Coordinate with Sales Executives and leadership, as needed
Understand market trends and educate customers and direct reports as needed
Ensure customer SOP's are current for all accounts and are being adhered to meet customer expectations
Effectively complete annual performance reviews of team members and set effective goals that relate to the responsibilities of the job and support professional development
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
The wage range for this position is $91,300.00-$136,940.00 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
Qualifications Education
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required)
• Associate's Degree (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-3 years Experience in team management or supervision (Required)
• 3-5 years Experience of logistics / transportation (Required)

Typical Tasks
Develop and create complex solicitation documents for RFB, RFP, RFQ process. Coordinate entire procurement life cycle process from solicitation through contract award.
Coordinate and facilitate the evaluation process for competitive solicitations.
Analyze cost proposals and financial data, preparing detailed reports to inform decision making.
Assists in the development of departmental processes and procedures.
Analyze contract terms and conditions and develop and process change orders, amendments, and renewals as necessary.
Assist in preparation of staff reports for board approval.
Establish positive working relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and management.

Assist in maintaining department PO and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) files and apply retention policy to both hard copy and electronic files.
Resolve purchasing and delivery conflicts in a calm, professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:
Employment Standards
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related field, or a combination of procurement/contract management courses and work experience equivalency, or professional procurement certification (NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB) in lieu of experience.
5 years' recent procurement experience in a sourcing, contracting, or procurement environment (in a service industry). Procurement experience in an Airport, Construction or FAA experience a plus.
Experience with vendor management principles.
