Pros of working at TBS Factoring

Micromanaging if you like that. There are no pros working at this company anymore.

Cons of working at TBS Factoring

Upper management is horrible down to the leads. Unattainable requirements which are constantly changing. Noone knows left from right from one day to the next. Very low staffed because they keep firing and laying off droves of employees.

They have removed all perks and benefits.

What do you like best about TBS Factoring's CEO and the leadership team?

Very one sided his way or literally there's the door straight from his mouth.

How would you improve TBS Factoring's culture?

Hire all new upper and lower C Staff. All management needs to go. Company has drastically been drug into the mud since the new owners bought the company from overseas.

How did you prepare for the TBS Factoring interview?

Very simple process but that many years ago, nothing is the same anymore.

How does your compensation at TBS Factoring compare to the industry average?

Commission was taken away.

What brings you the most joy at TBS Factoring?

Not one thing anymore. Miserable toxic place.
