Ajai Bambawale is Group Head and Chief Risk Officer, TD Bank Group. In his role, he is accountable for oversight of Risk Management for TD's Global operations.

Previously, he served as Chief Risk Officer for TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank . Prior to his U.S. appointment, Ajai was Vice Chair and Head of the Europe and Asia-Pacific Division, where he was responsible for overseeing the capital markets and banking activities of TD Securities in the region.

As SVP, CISO of TD Bank, I am responsible for the bank's technology risk & cyber security strategies and programs. Prior to joining TD, I spent 16 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co. in a number of risk & control related roles; most recently as the CISO of the Chase Consumer & Community Banking lines of businesses.

I have also served Executive and Board roles in ISACA, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Board of Advisors, and currently sit on the Boards of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) and the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange (CCTX).

I am proud to be the Father of two wonderful daughters and my wife and I enjoy traveling and world history.
