About this Role
Power Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical power engineering projects. This role involves managing field engineering teams, coordinating client deliverables, overseeing testing/commissioning schedules, and ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between clients, subcontractors, internal engineers, and support staff.
What You'll Do
Direct all phases of project lifecycle-from kickoff through commissioning and closeout
Create detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and safety protocols
Lead weekly progress meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Manage vendor and subcontractor performance; ensure contract compliance
Provide technical oversight on testing scopes, commissioning activities, and quality reviews
Maintain rigorous cost tracking, change order management, and risk mitigation plans
Ensure all work complies with NETA standards, NEC/NESC codes, and safety regulations

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related technical field
7+ years of experience managing utility or electrical infrastructure projects
Strong background in electrical systems, power distribution, protection & control, or substation testing
Working knowledge of NETA testing procedures and ability to interpret electrical schematics and one-line diagrams, preferred
Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms
Experience managing electrical subcontractors and leading field testing teams
Ability to confidently interface with engineers, electricians, clients, and utility stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple fast-paced projects with competing deadlines
Hands-on field or trade experience (NETA-certified technician or licensed electrician), preferred
PMP, PE license, or NETA Level III/IV certification, preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to travel 30-40% to project sites across assigned regions during active phases

The Project Manager I is a mid-level project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project supporting senior project management.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining all company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the guidelines of corporate policies.
Supervise the preparation of all change orders on the project. Negotiate all change orders on the project.
Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines and under supervision.

About this Role
The Project Manager at Irby Construction Company is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating high-voltage transmission and distribution projects, overseeing multiple crews, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery. Pre-Construction Planning
Attend pre-construction meetings with estimators and stakeholders.

Oversee budget projections for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly projections and track progress across all activities.

Construction Execution

The Project Manager II is a senior project management position responsible for overseeing projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. Provides overall project management support to two to four concurrent projects of small to medium crew size or one to two concurrent projects of large crew size. This is a senior project management role with developed subject matter expertise and the capability to mentor and train other staff.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
May train and provide direction to Project Assistant and/or Project Manager I in maintaining project-required tracking devices.
Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

About this Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing complex design-build/engineer-procure-construct (DB/EPC) projects with a primary focus on data centers and mission-critical facilities. This role oversees all aspects of project execution-including contract administration, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and construction management-with an emphasis on delivering high-quality, large-scale data center projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The Project Manager will lead integrated teams, coordinate directly with enterprise clients, and ensure seamless execution across design, procurement, and construction. This position may require on-site presence at project locations and supervision of field operations.
What You'll Do
Manages integrated Design-Build (DB)/Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) teams from project inception through completion, including during pursuit phase if requested
Provides overall direction and coordination of intermediate and final engineering design and construction activities for data center facilities
Administration and management of the prime contract, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders
Ensures compliance with customer goals and expectations associated with safety, quality, and environmental stewardship
Plans, executes, and provides reporting on overall project performance
Works directly with the customer to ensure optimal communication, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination between the project and other activities occurring at the jobsite
Mitigates and effectively resolves potential disputes
Develops and provides oversight to ensure compliance with project-specific health and safety plans and project-specific quality control and quality assurance plans
Responds to and/or oversees Requests for Information
Performs value engineering and constructability reviews
Develops a procurement status report with the engineering design, procurement, scheduling and estimating teams, and defines the segregation of work by subcontract and purchase order packages
Develops and/or oversees subcontractor and supplier scope, price, and schedule exhibits for subcontract and purchase order packages
Works with procurement teams to coordinate local bidding efforts
Procurement oversight of subcontracts and purchase orders
Reviews and approves subcontract and purchase order invoices
Oversight of subcontractor and purchase order submittals
Develops initial project-specific schedules in conjunction with engineering design, scheduling, procurement, and field construction staff
Monitors the overall progress of conceptual design, intermediate and final engineering design, and construction activities
Administers and manages changes to the prime contract
Develops a project-specific Schedule of Values
Submits and expedites timely receipt of progress payments
Coordinates, prepares, and presents progress, budget forecasting, and schedule management reports on a monthly basis
Project close-out and warranty administration
Performs post-construction cost review and reporting
Ensures optimal relations among project stakeholders (customers, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers)

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted
8+ years' experience in Construction Project Management, with at least 3+ years managing large-scale data center projects
Proven ability to manage DB/EPC projects involving MEP-intensive systems (power, cooling, redundancy, and critical infrastructure)
Strong knowledge of data center construction methods, materials, and equipment, including commissioning and turnover processes
Must be well versed in various aspects of engineering, design, and construction, and contracting methodologies, as well as project planning and management-related tasks and activities including, but not limited to, engineering, estimating, scheduling, bidding, project management and administration and management of prime contracts, preparation and administration of purchase orders and subcontracts, field supervision, budget control, safety, quality assurance, etc.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Manager leads the field execution of assigned federal construction projects within QGS's
Acquire-Comply-Execute
lifecycle. This position owns the day-to-day delivery of safety, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance performance. The Project Manager collaborates closely with the Program Manager and enterprise functional teams-Safety/Quality, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Cyber/IT, and Compliance-to deliver predictable results, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to QGS's sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Project Ownership & Leadership: Own execution of assigned projects from inception through completion. This includes assigning Integrated Project Teams (IPT), Own execution of assigned projects through all
Acquire-Comply-Execute
stages. Lead project-specific Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) across Operations, Safety/Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain conducting required meetings, developing applicable reports, tracking budget, schedule, and scope, and submitting required documentation. Conduct required stage-gate reviews, prepare all mandated artifacts, and ensure auditable records.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with federal agencies, clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and partners to ensure alignment and project success. Lead communication with partners and subcontractors throughout execution.
Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage baseline budgets using approved Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Maintain monthly forecasts, trend logs, and variance reports. Manage cost performance (CPI ≥ 0.95) and ensure full DCAA-ready documentation for all cost activities.
Schedule & Scope Management: Develop and maintain a baseline schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project or similar. Track earned value, progress, and milestone achievement through the OPS Platform. Identify critical-path variances and initiate recovery plans in coordination with Program Management.
Program Management Alignment: Provide Program Management with transparent, data-driven reporting of all safety, cost, and schedule metrics. Obtain Program approval for all Category-A and -B change orders, major re-baselines, or risk posture changes. Escalate client-facing or contractual issues per QGS governance.
Client Partnership: Work directly with client project management staff and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and relationships remain strong.
Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure full compliance with FAR/DFARS, DCAA audit standards, CUI protection, and ISO 9001 quality system requirements. Maintain required site plans-APP/JHAs, Environmental Plan, and QCP-and verify conformance through daily and weekly inspections. Maintain project risk and opportunity logs and close items through IPT action tracking.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports, three-week look-ahead schedules, updated risk logs, and cost/schedule metrics (CPI, SPI). Issue all reports through the OPS Platform (GCC High) to ensure single-source documentation.
What You'll Bring
Experience: Minimum 7 years managing federal construction projects ≥$5M (DOE, DoD, NAVFAC, USACE, or similar).
Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Equivalent field experience may be considered.
Certifications: PMP required within 12 months of hire; OSHA 30 required (QGS will support if candidate does not have upon hire); USACE/NAVFAC QC Manager preferred ; additional certifications such as PgMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are a plus.
Regulatory Knowledge: Working expertise in FAR/DFARS, DCAA requirements, NIST 800-171, ISO 9001 and NQA-1.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent), cost control tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making in a matrix environment.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance; background check required.

About this Role
R.R. Cassidy, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager in Beaumont, TX who will manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of work related to greenfield and brownfield projects at substations, switching stations and/or collector stations. The Project Manager will report directly to the Department Manager and is responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects, the successful completion of projects within specified dates, and establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with the Owner, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders. This is NOT a remote position; you will be required to travel to Beaumont, TX, Monday - Friday.
What You'll Do
Prepare proposals, assist in presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
Provide overall management of projects from concept to completion including siting, planning, estimating, project controls, bid phase services, procurement, constructability reviews, material management, construction management, and closeout.
Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
Assist with internal project financials', staffing, legal coordination, risk management, change management, and human resource issues.
Serve as primary point of contact with client regarding efforts such as client coordination, strategic planning, master scope management, budget finances, subcontracting, project staffing, environmental compliance, facility support and schedule attainment.
Manage all aspects of project communication
Develop and implement project policies and procedures, establish project controls systems, and implement the project execution plan.
Work closely with the Project Team to ensure deliverables and services are being provided to client's satisfaction and that projects are following internal QA/QC guidelines.
Report regularly on progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety or environmental concerns, design questions, potential impacts, and any issues requiring office support.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited curriculum preferred.

The Project Manager (PM) II role is to provide management for TAS projects, focusing on moderate to high complexity data center infrastructure and turnkey construction projects. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROPOSAL STAGE:
Provide assistance to the Proposal Department in providing construction cost interface from the Installation Contractor.
Manage the preliminary design process as it pertains to the solicitation of bids from Installation Contractors and other suppliers.
Provide guidance to Sales and Proposal in fine-tuning of the project scope and pre-award budgets.
Negotiate moderate commercial issues with vendors and customers with support from Senior Management.
Assist in the development of requirements and division of responsibilities, providing guidance to Application Engineering on scope and pre-award budgets.
PROJECT AWARD:
At the time of project order (and subsequent project kick-off meeting) the Project Manager assumes full Customer interface for engineering, deliver, and construction execution. The Project Manager will also be active in the contract pre-award stage to ensure clear definitions of project scope of work, schedule and appropriate budget controls.
ENGINEERING & FABRICATION:
Primary focal point for project written and verbal communication between TAS and the customer.
Provide mentoring and guidance to Assistant Project Managers assigned to the project team
Work closely with the Master Scheduler in determining the project start-to-finish schedule.
Responsible for internal distribution of all project related documentation for review and revisions as required.
Interacts with suppliers on all scope, commercial, and schedule issues.
Responsible for orchestrating the internal resources needed for project execution (ie Materials Management, Document Control, QA/QC, Fabrication, Engineering, and Service)
Responsible for preparation of scope related documents such as a Master Document Lists, and Project Document Distribution Lists, and Project Document Distribution Lists.
Conduct periodic project budget reviews and prepare forecasts to completion.
Solicit and review project specific accounting data for budget analysis and forecasting.
CONTRACT/CONSTRUCTION:
Assumes full Customer interface for engineering, delivery, and construction issues.
The Project Manager is the Customer's single contact point for all technical issues.
Promptly issue all field construction documents to installation contractors after receipt of order.
Coordinate with Project Engineer designated by the Engineering Manager for equipment selections, ongoing production issues, purchasing, production control, etc.
Field all inquiries from the Customer and the Customer's main EPC contractor (where applicable). The Project manager ensures that the Project Engineer compiles and transmits all O&M information.
Coordinate payment issues, attempting to maximize our leverage between payments to our installation contractors and suppliers, and invoicing to our customer. The Project Manager protects against scope creep and solicits project change orders where appropriate.
The Project Manager implements risk management processes throughout the project life cycle and ensures lessons learned are captured.
STARTUP AND CLOSEOUT:
Coordinates with the Service Department in the start-up, commissioning, and training needs of the project by providing all technical references and by coordinating schedules with the Customer.
Expedites project closeout and release of any related retainage.
Implements a warranty kick-off meeting with the Service Department.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by TAS.
