The Journeyman Lineman is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of energized transmission lines. This role requires working with high-voltage systems to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electricity across various locations. The Journeyman Lineman must have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, adhere to safety regulations, and be prepared to work in challenging outdoor conditions, often responding to outages and emergency situations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining and restoring the power grid.
