As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TE Connectivity, I am responsible for developing and implementing the financial strategy for the company. I joined TE Connectivity in September 2016. Previously, I served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IDEX Corporation since March 2011 and served as Vice President of Corporate Finance from September 2005 to February 2011. Prior to joining IDEX, I worked for PerkinElmer from 2001 to 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer Asia, based in Singapore.

Prior to PerkinElmer, I worked at Honeywell International (formerly Allied Signal) from 1996 to 2001 in a variety of senior financial leadership positions, including the Finance leader of Honeywell’s aerospace avionics business. I have been a Director at Columbus McKinnon Corporation since May 2015.

I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

As Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer for TE Connectivity, I am responsible for developing and implementing global procurement and logistics strategies to achieve business unit objectives. Essential to this role is ensuring that TE has identified the right supplier partnerships and delivers supplier performance across procured products and services.

Prior to joining to TE, I served as Vice President for Strategic Sourcing for Honeywell Aerospace. Prior to Honeywell, I held a range of diverse global supply chain roles at General Motors and Delphi where I operated in a variety of capacities in the United States and Asia, including procurement, supplier development, logistics, planning, labor relations and manufacturing.

Karen Leggio is a Chief Procurement Officer at TE Connectivity, Chief Supply Chain Officer at TE Connectivity, and Senior Vice President and General Manager - Automotive Americas at TE Connectivity and is based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has worked as Manager - Supplier Management at Saturn, Director of Supply - Vauxhall Motors UK at GENERAL MOTORS CO, and Director - Program Purchasing at GENERAL MOTORS CO.
