    * Presentation of formal and informal educational programming to scheduled school groups and Callaway Gardens day guests. * Serve as secondary point-of-contact to school group affiliates when Education Coordinator is offsite. * Be onsite and present in-person, as scheduled, to lead and/or assist with operations and programming presentations for school groups. * Provide daily husbandry to animal ambassadors in accordance with policies established by Manager. * Handle and present live animal ambassadors in accordance with handling policies established by Manager. * Responsible for completion of various operational procedures, such as the opening and closing of facilities, when onsite. * Attend all required host meetings and trainings. * Wear issued uniform and adhere to dress code. * Communicate effectively, warmly, honestly, and respectfully with all hosts and guests. * All other duties as specified during staff training and onboarding. * Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.
