Qualifications Must meet Florida Department of Education VPK Teacher Requirements, including one of the following: Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC or equivalent), or Florida Staff Credential and completion of the Department of Education VPK training modules. High school diploma or higher required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Minimum one year of experience working with preschool-age children. Knowledge of the HighScope Curriculum or willingness to be trained. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
