Maintain confidentiality of information provided by parents, staff and administration. Report immediately to supervisor any evidence of child abuse including physical, mental, emotional and/or neglect. Attend the minimum number of training hours per year as required by State law and/or accrediting agencies, as approved by supervisor. Consistently provide friendly, courteous assistance, exceeding customers' expectations every day, which includes building and maintaining healthy professional relationships with parents, children, host agencies, and staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Provides a quality experience for everyone, including but not limited to Health Seekers, Members, Participants, Internal Customers, Fellow Staff Members and others. Possess good oral communication, written communication, and public speaking skills. Positive enrollment trends. Positive, appropriate interaction with the children in the program and other staff. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT: Ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or assist children up to 30 pounds in weight.
