Responsibilities include: Teach STEM and/or Art lessons with pre-made lessons plans Create new lesson plans and teach those plans to the class Track student progress and present the information to parents Reinforce classroom rules and Full STEAM Ahead expectations Manage students outside the classroom, such as during lunch breaks and "Free Explore" Arrive at 2:00 pm for setup and organization on school days Drive a STEAM van (15 passenger van) to pick up students from specified schools Work with the "STEAM Culture" elements to promote student behavior and growth Assist in End of Day cleanup and organization Assist with student check in/out Maintain classroom equipment and inventory Mini Camps (School Break Camps) Required Skills: Strong technology skills (Minecraft, Robotics, basic coding, 3D modeling) Mixed media art experience K-8 teaching experience Classroom management skills Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills
