THE POSITION:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi-sport enrichment programs, with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year.
New coaches can work 5-25 classes per week, earning $18/hr up to $30/hr. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver engaging sports programs based on the Amazing Athletes curriculum
Teach children basic sports skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship
Travel to local preschools, daycares, and community centers to conduct classes
Monitor and record each child's progress while ensuring a safe and fun environment
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, teachers, and facility staff
This part-time position offers **flexible hours-primarily in the mornings-**making it a great fit alongside other commitments.
THE SCHEDULE
Most classes are held during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have availability during some or all of the following times:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
THE LOCATION
Classes are held at various schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout the area. While assignments are typically clustered within a specific region, coaches must be comfortable traveling and should be willing to drive up to an hour for some locations.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be willing to travel to coach at locations in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Fairview, Thompson Station and Spring Hill
Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas
Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a Tennessee comprehensive background check
Experience working with children or a background in sports is preferred
Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with kids
Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact
Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week
