Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required):
Must possess a Bachelor's degree and be eligible for a Virginia Teaching License. Must have completed at least three years of successful teaching experience in grade levels PK-5. Must possess effective instructional delivery techniques and excellent communication skills. Must possess knowledge of the needs of students requiring additional support in the areas of reading and/or math. Must possess the ability to instruct students in remedial reading or math. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, colleagues, parents, and students.
