Deliver training and professional development for staff across counties, ensuring alignment with Agency goals, performance standards, and local continuous quality improvement practices. Partner on agency grants, technical assistance plans, and strategic initiatives; review and maintain contracts, MOUs, and agreements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Oversee allocation of special needs funds and support onboarding/contracting of local Mental Health Consultants. Collaborate with local teams and LEAs to strengthen services for children with disabilities and ensure systems meet diverse developmental needs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in early childhood mental health or master's degree in social work, psychology, early intervention, disabilities, special education or related field with a related Early Childhood Mental Health certification or credential. AND Minimum of 7 years work experience in the delivery of early childhood mental health services of which 2 years must be in a supervisory role.
