Full Time and Part Time opportunities Position Summary: Teacher Aides assist teachers in providing academic and behavioral instruction and intervention based on the individual strengths and challenges of each student. In their respective classrooms, teacher aides also assist the teacher in providing students with a highly structured, safe, therapeutic environment that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth and allows each student the opportunity to experience success. Responsibilities: Provide direct supervision to students in a safe, positive environment employing behavior management strategies as prescribed by the Therapeutic Crisis Intervention curriculum, individual plans, and Agency policies and procedures; implement incentive systems as designed by the classroom and program.
