POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible for the care and education of children from the ages of 12 months to five (5) years of age. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Report to the director or head teacher immediately any unusual incident or suspected neglect, mental or physical abuse;
2. Supervise teachers assistants, parent volunteers, interns or individuals as assigned by the director or head teacher;
3. Implement daily curriculum, for example; art, science, music, movement, cooking, circle time, gross and fine motor activities, story time, social skills, etc., as assigned and in accordance with the philosophy of the Child Care Center; 4. Assist in planning curriculum, implementing age appropriate learning groups, including preparing work area, organizing curriculum materials, using copy machine, laminator and other office equipment, and helping to clean up work areas;

Must be 18 years of age.
