The Community Digital Literacy Specialist will report to the Director, College and Career Readiness (CCR).
* Receive, return or initiate telephone contact with individuals seeking assistance or identified for assistance.
* Assess individuals' access to technology, current digital skill level pertaining to what they need to accomplish the plan, connectivity needs, and internet-use priorities and set agreed goals for digital literacy skills and training, confirming the details with the student.
