Diaper Changing & Hygiene: Assist with diaper changing and support toddlers in maintaining good hygiene practices while ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Promote Developmental Growth: Encourage physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth in toddlers through engaging, hands-on activities and positive reinforcement.
Communication with Parents: Support communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and experiences in the classroom.
Ensure Safety & Well-Being: Supervise toddlers at all times, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for play and learning.
Qualifications:
Experience in early childhood education, particularly working with toddlers, is preferred.
Energetic, fun, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual children and contribute positively to the team.
Able to follow lesson plans and be flexible to adjust activities as needed.
Familiarity with state licensing criteria and Paths to Quality standards, or willingness to learn.
Comfortable with diaper changing and attending to toddlers' personal care needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and team members.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping toddlers grow and thrive!
