Regularly assess the progress of each child and document observations and evidence; use the data to plan for instruction Implement positive behavior management support in keeping with Archdiocesan and NYC DOE guidelines. As a Museum Educator 2, you will be an integral part of Pennsbury Manor's educational and interpretive team. You will play a lead role in planning, coordinating, and implementing school programs, guided tours, lectures, workshops, community outreach initiatives, and special events, ensuring they provide authentic and engaging experiences based in current standards for museum education. You will also oversee the site's guide staff as well as the volunteer and student intern programs, working in collaboration with site staff on recruitment, training, mentorship, coordination, and evaluation in support of museum programs and operations.
