Works with the Nurse Managers of assigned unit(s) and other members of Nursing Leadership to create an environment that supports professional practice standards. Integrates unit education, evidence based practice, quality outcomes and strategic initiatives into the development of a collegial relationship with nursing staff and other health care professionals to contribute to high performance patient care environment. What you will do Establishes annual education goals with the Nurse Manager that support those set for the Department and Organization.
