Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the academic needs of diverse ELL students in a small classroom setting (approximately 2-4 students in grades 9-11 initially, but with enrollment projected to increase to approximately 10 students by the start of the second academic year), ensuring their successful integration into mainstream academic settings.
