The Client Services Manager II (CSM II) works with business partners on the implementation of business plans and is responsible for structuring interaction, communication, processes and activities that deliver on business goals and increase client satisfaction. This role is responsible for increasing consistency and quality of TIAA service as it relates to administrative efficiency, operational transactions, and products especially to those client administrators with daily responsibility for the retirement benefits program. This role is critical to maintaining the client relationship, increasing plan efficiencies, growth in premium and transfers-in, new account acquisition, and asset retention.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Services clients, drives best practices, and improves client outcomes through excellent customer service and operational excellence.
Serves as the primary administrative point of contact and advocate for assigned institutions.
Develops holistic plan management routines that help identify plan efficiency opportunities.
Proactively brings data driven insights to integrated team and institutional clients.
Responds to customers' inquiries and manage issues that arise with specific products and services.
Deepens relationships with plan sponsors, HR partners, and internal support teams.
Works with business partners to implement business plans and structured communication process and activities that deliver on business goals.
Partners with CSM I in pooled model to ensure specific administrative and operational activities are managed for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Establishes rapport quickly with participants, setting them at ease and providing direction regarding financial transactions and long-term asset planning
Understands participant needs and outlines appropriate solutions leveraging TIAA products and services, explaining viable options using clear and simple explanations.
Answers participant questions by communicating financial plan details and providing further explanation when necessary.
Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participant.
Maintains records of all participant interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, as well as banking service transactions performed.
Refers participant to business partners when appropriate to help participant achieved their desired outcome.

TIAA offers competitive compensation for this role by continually assessing market data and reflecting that in our pay ranges. Financial Consultants are paid at a base pay rate determined by your relevant experience and market data associated with the position and hiring location. Our total compensation package includes an hourly rate plus an annual bonus with a target of 15% of your base pay and eligible earnings. The potential total compensation range for this position based on the target bonus rate is between $47,000 and $66,700.

The Surety Underwriter Senior will be responsible for the marketing, underwriting, administration, and overall business development of assigned geographic territory in accordance with the company's surety business model to meet projected profitability and expense goals. A day in the life of an Insurance Marketing Lead is dynamic and multifaceted, centered around driving successful marketing activities for both new and renewal business. As our Client Executive on the Business Insurance team, you'll develop relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers. You will serve as an advisor and consultant to clients in order to assess risks and provide innovative solutions to complex risk-related business issues, demonstrating expertise in Loss Sensitive and Captive programs. As a Product Manager driving the product vision and roadmap for our Client Portal website, you'll be responsible for aligning the product strategy with MMA's strategic objectives while understanding the unique needs of our clients across various regions. Insurance Expertise:

Feature Development:
