Wealth Client Relationship Manager The Wealth Client Relationship Manager partners with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients. Working under moderate supervision, this job operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and the coordination of asset consolidation. All licenses must be obtained within 120 days from start date.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manages individual relationships with high-net worth clients across all products and services, focusing on building book of businesses, strengthening relationships, and growing and retaining assets.
Leads advisory team practice management meetings to promote efficient and effective practices and supports advisory team in overall book management strategy.
Provides client service and sales support as a part of the Wealth Management advisory team, focusing primarily on advice implementation and asset consolidation coordination.
Guides client on income execution, including assisting clients in completing forms and reviewing forms for accuracy.
Performs registered and non-registered activities related to identifying client needs and identifying potential issues with current financial plans (estate planning, beneficiaries, etc.).
Identifies client concerns and gathers additional information regarding clients' current financial situation and potential future needs.
Identifies sales and asset retention opportunities.
Coordinates sales cycle management activities, including follow-through on asset growth opportunities to ensure timely sales execution.
Supervises client outreach and marketing campaigns as determined by the advisory team to educate clients on additional WM products and services.

TIAA offers competitive compensation for this role by continually assessing market data and reflecting that in our pay ranges. Financial Consultants are paid at a base pay rate determined by your relevant experience and market data associated with the position and hiring location. Our total compensation package includes an hourly rate plus an annual bonus with a target of 15% of your base pay and eligible earnings. The potential total compensation range for this position based on the target bonus rate is between $47,000 and $66,700.

Be a member of the project risk advisory team, assisting owners, developers and contractors with wrap-up program design and project administration for large local and national construction projects.

Vendor Program Sr. Analyst
The Vendor Program Senior Analyst job is responsible for building relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with the organization's third-party risk management policies, procedures, and regulations. This job also identifies and evaluates potential vendors and assesses their suitability for the organization's needs. Working under moderate supervision, this job guides business partners and other stakeholders in completing program requirements, maintains the program and procedures, and understands regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Drives performance and conducts oversight of vendor risk management lifecycle activities including risk assessment, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, issues management, and termination
Oversees activities related to the vendor management program framework, training, tools, and systems to ensure compliance
Reviews and configures data to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs into the vendor management systems
Performs analysis for program reporting and metrics and provides audit and regulatory responses as needed.
Assists in vendor issue disposition and resolution
Coordinates with other stakeholders including but not limited to sourcing, control partners, and risk partners to ensure smooth collaboration with vendors
Escalates issues or delays to management as needed
Coordinates with business unit owners and control partners to prepare and present vendor due diligence results to the Supplier Risk Governance Committee as needed

Develop strategic action plans to reach desired outcomes;
Provide guidance regarding potential large settlements;
Recommend suitable vendor partners, including claims TPAs, nurse triage, and others;
Review adjuster's claim action plans; facilitate claims resolutions;
Evaluate insurance company claim reserves and push for reductions where appropriate;
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred;
Adjusters license;
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices;
Ability to think critically, solve problems, plan and organize activities, serve clients, negotiate, effectively communicate verbally and in writing and embrace new challenges;
Analytical skill necessary to make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling of claims;

As a Lead Health & Benefits Consultant, you will manage and advise client accounts for our large market employers 2000+ lives regarding their medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans and programs. You will the subject matter expert to our clients and negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors to secure health and welfare plan coverage, acting as the primary consultant and relationship manager for our clients.
We will count on you to:
Lead complex client engagements, managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placements, benchmarking, and other studies.
Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies, driving the creation of tools and solutions to address complex client issues.
Determine the full scope of services provided to clients and set roles/responsibilities within the client team.
Effectively communicate Mercer's position on the latest industry trends to clients.
Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
Monitor project success in terms of scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
Set strategic direction and create demand for new products/services in the marketplace.
What you need to have:
BA/BS degree.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' complex healthcare benefits challenges.

Client-facing experience in a consulting environment.
