The Lab Teaching Assistant (TA) provides instructional support to faculty and students in a laboratory setting. The TA is responsible for assisting in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of laboratory sessions for undergraduate courses. Working Conditions: * Requires time in a laboratory setting, handling materials and equipment. * May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies or equipment. Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, depending on the course and departmental needs. TYPICAL ACTIVITIES Key Responsibilities: 1. Instructional Support: * Conducting laboratory sessions, including demonstrating techniques and procedures. * Provide guidance and support to students during lab activities to help them understand course concepts. * Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and clarify instructions related to experiments. 2.
