Department: Temp Center Salary/Grade: TMP/01 Residential Teaching Assistant CTD Summer Academic Camp at Northwestern University Residential Teaching Assistants (RTAs) supervise and support one group of 10-14 residents in the residence hall. As role models, RTAs build a safe, nurturing and fun environment for students. They promote the academic and social success of students by running activities, leading study sessions, and supervising on-campus and off-campus events.
