As a Christian Elementary School Teacher, you prepare and deliver quality lesson plans for children in kindergarten through 3rd grade. You manage student behavior and appropriately discipline the children as needed. This is an approach to academic intervention used to provide systematic, and appropriately intensive assistance to children who are at risk for or already underperforming as compared to appropriate grade- or age-level standards. Intervention teachers will use universal screening, Direct Instruction intervention, frequent progress monitoring, and increasingly intensive research-based instruction and interventions for students who continue to have difficulty. This is a Title I Part A, grant funded position and funding may be extended. A grant-funded position has no guarantee of ongoing and indefinite employment. All duties and responsibilities tied to this position are allowable and allocable to the grant. What We Offer Compensation:
