PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to use a variety of office equipment and classroom tools such as computers, scanners, fax machines, and copiers. Must be able to communicate effectively. At times requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Due to the amount of time spent standing and/or walking, physical requirements are consistent with those for sedentary work.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Compensation: $15-$17/hr based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed. This includes covering staff members' breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members before or after their scheduled shifts.
Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher.
Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
