    * Assist in the preparation, setup, delivery, and supervision of EMT lab and simulation sessions, ensuring proper materials, equipment, and a safe learning environment. * Provide instruction and guidance to students on basic emergency care procedures, patient management, and the safe and effective use of EMS equipment and simulation manikins under the direction of the Instructor/Coordinator or Lead Instructor. * Supervise and evaluate student performance through skills practice, offering objective assessment and constructive feedback. * Facilitate small groups and open lab sessions as needed, fostering student engagement and teamwork. * Collaborate with faculty to monitor and support students' academic progress and learning needs. * Maintain accurate documentation and required program paperwork in compliance with accreditation standards. * Maintain a safe laboratory environment during all skills training and evaluation sessions. * Stay current with prehospital practices, EMS curriculum, and teaching methodologies. * Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and colleagues to support a positive, team-based learning environment. * Attend departmental or Advisory Committee meetings (at least once per semester). * Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean and or Lead I/C. Requirements: * High School Diploma or Equivalency. * MA EMT certification in good standing with no history of suspension or revocation. * Current AHA BLS certification. * Three (3) years of experience as an EMT functioning on an emergency response ambulance.
