Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to be Extended Day Teachers at our Nevada campuses. As an Extended Class teacher, you will run a combination of before and after school programs and lunch periods. Depending on the shifts worked, this position can include supervising students on the playground, helping with homework, doing arts and crafts, and assisting with arrival and departure. Occasionally there are specialized after school positions available, such as chess or foreign language instructors. This is a great position for students as it can be full or part time. Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7am to 9am, 11am to 1pm, and 3pm to 6pm.

Position Summary
The Licensing & Education Assistant will support the Project Broker and instructional staff in managing real estate/timeshare licensing compliance, assisting with pre-licensing and continuing education classes, and coordinating with the Nevada Real Estate Division. This role ensures our sales team remains fully licensed, compliant, and trained while providing future sales associates with a smooth onboarding and licensing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Licensing Administration
Maintain and manage all real estate and timeshare licenses and registrations, including openings, renewals, transfers, reinstatements, and terminations.
Prepare and process Real Estate Division forms for Project Broker approval (original applications, transfer/change forms, reinstatements, terminations).
Conduct monthly audits of licenses and registrations; ensure compliance with Nevada Real Estate Division requirements.
Draft and distribute monthly license renewal notices to agents and representatives.
Coordinate with Human Resources to submit licensing and registration updates.
Maintain organized filing systems for licenses, registrations, and compliance documents.
Education & Training Support
Assist with scheduling, preparing, and administering weekly pre-licensing and continuing education classes under Project Broker supervision.
Facilitate ABC Real Estate School courses in the Project Broker's absence (note: assistant cannot independently instruct but may support delivery of course materials).
Provide class support including distributing materials, monitoring attendance, proctoring quizzes/exams, tracking performance, and compiling student progress reports.
Register students for Pearson Vue state exams, process exam payments, and coordinate fingerprinting and testing requirements.
Assist students throughout the licensing process, including application guidance, compliance questions, and exam preparation.
Collect course evaluations, prepare certificates for passing students, and coordinate next steps with HR and Sales Training.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned in response to business priorities.
Qualifications
College coursework in business, education, or real estate preferred.
Prior administrative, compliance, or education support experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to track multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and regulatory agencies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database entry.
Ability to work a set schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM).
