As an important member of SITCs instructional team, the Teaching Assistant will support CFSIs mission to educate and inspire the next generation of problem solvers by helping us deliver high-quality instruction that enhances and strengthens the experiential learning gained in the Internship component of the SITC program. The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for classroom support, grading, LMS management, and individualized student support and coaching. This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging educator who is passionate about experiential learning and social impact. This position is an in-person role that requires the candidate to be able to work from our office in downtown Boston on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings. This position is a term-limited, part-time position for the Spring 2026 academic semester with an expected commitment of 8 hours per week.
