Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who have professional capabilities. Workload can be as little as one course up to a maximum of 15 WTU. This is a pool of graduate students for the department to draw on as necessary and all appointments are temporary. Staffing decisions are made on a rolling basis typically beginning a few months prior to the start of an academic term right up to the beginning of the academic term.
