This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for TEAM products and services. Representative works closely with Marketing, Customer Excellence, Account Management and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. The role requires a consultative sales approach, a strong understanding of SaaS and professional services with a passion for helping clients succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, social selling and networking.
* Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding process.
* Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and product developments.
* Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Computer Skills: High level knowledge of business-related computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDFs - ability to edit and create, scanning).

Monitors technician utilization in an effort to control non-billable hours and improves District profitability; runs and evaluates the utilization reports on a weekly basis
Manages District fleet and fuel expenditures
Schedules technicians in Team Apps, and approves/verifies the hours worked and expenses, once entered
Prepares customer quotations, as needed, and prices completed job packages once work is complete (in some Districts)
Manages purchasing activity and works with vendors to ensure the District costs are received in a timely manner
Manages the District inventory, places orders through Manufacturing, and plays a key role in the Quarterly Cycle count process
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required

Performs calibration activity to ensure all survey instruments under the license are:
Calibrated and operable
Capable of detecting 2 mR/hr through 1 R/hr
Calibrated at intervals not to exceed 6 months or other intervals as mandated by regulatory agency, and after servicing (servicing does not include the replacement batteries)
Conducts a quarterly inventory count and supports quarterly maintenance activity to account for all sealed sources, devices and depleted uranium possessed under the license
Documents and maintains local files for Source Replacements, Pocket Dosimeter records and Source Tracking records
Returns all personal dosimetry badges to supplier promptly after each month's usage with the appropriate control dosimetry
Supports various operations within the district as needed including warehousing, shipping and receiving, general shop and/or driving tasks
May support in identifying, tracking and promoting the resolution of customer issues, providing guidance to District management and Corporate QA for such resolution
Understands customer requirements and supports in ensuring invoices, contracts, work records and accurate documentation is managed in accordance with customer expectations
May perform inspections, interpret indications, and report results per company requirements utilizing various NDT techniques

Work Environment
This job operates in a petrochechemical / refinery environment. Exposure to cold working conditions during winter months and hot working conditions during the summer months. Exposure to noise, workers must wear protecting hearing equipment or frequently shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. In an emergency situation, exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur and the use of a respirator is required. All employees will be required to be fit tested for the various respirators used as well as the ability to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT).
