Primary Responsibility:
The Customer Experience Lead is primarily responsible for driving and growing top-line sales by selling, leading and directing associates on the sales floor, and coaching associates in the moment. In the role of Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's operation-a responsibility you'll prepare for through a training sequence that teaches you the company in-store retail information system, inventory management and ordering technology.
