Serve as a key point of contact between agents, leadership, and clients, to help ensure alignment of goals and expectations. Attend weekly and monthly business reviews to share valuable insight into agent performance with client and better understand client's performance expectations. Maintain excellent knowledge of company policies and procedures to assist agents with difficult customer concerns via slack and/or individual coaching sessions. It is based on the 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary. In Ohio, if the average hourly earnings of a Team Leader are less than $16 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person's paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $16 per hour for that pay period. Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is searching for part-time Team Leaders to join our District at Deerfield team. At Jeni's, we're devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together. Our scoop shops are at the heart of how we serve this mission.
