Work you'll do In this role, you will: Support daily technical operations for preboarding Identify and resolve system support issues through tracking and analysis Collaborate on Background Check vendor issues with ELE, Office of Security, and TA Handle Tier 2 escalations for preboarding and start classes Ensure timely resolution of start class escalations from stakeholders Analyze data issues with data integrity lead and propose solutions Coordinate project progress with Consulting, Technology, and Talent teams.
