What Does A Team Leader Client Services Do At Air Culinaire Worldwide

* Perform quality control checks on orders processed throughout shift to insure accuracy and completeness.
* Follow established protocols for after hours communication with both internal and external clients to minimize opportunity for error.

* Lead a number of Client Service Officers in coordination with Jersey Centre Head, setting the vision, providing motivation and empowering them to reach organisational goals via:
* Providing regular feedback, coaching and development to the staff to ensure all business is carried out in a compliant manner
* Management of staff resources to maximise operational efficiency, effectiveness and service quality, embedding best practice for service management
* Ensuring staff deal with clients in a professional and compliant manner
* Guide and coach the team, proactively identify training needs for the staff and work with Jersey Centre Head to set up training and development plans
* Deliver half year and year end appraisals to Client Service Officers.
* Perform and manage administrative responsibilities of the Client Service Officers in the team.
* Engage with other Client Service Team Leaders in London and leverage best practice.
* Support Jersey Centre Head with tasks relating to Outsourcing and ongoing monitoring such as ICSA maintenance.
* Ensure MCA is completed monthly.
* Identify and escalate areas of concern to Jersey Centre Head and utilise iCaps system to monitor progress.
* Assist the timely completion of account openings for prospects and dictate any deficiencies to RMs / SRMs before account opening documents to send to Operations.
* Coordinate and satisfy the high level service standards for account opening in the team.
* This includes checking of content, validity of documentation and processing through to Operations.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of business critical documents (Marketing, Finance, Compliance, OPS etc) and make sure that team members are maintaining the same level of good standards.
* Be responsible for mass marketing exercises like emailing client offers (MGM) and follow up with calls.
* Work with relevant Sales team as directed by Jersey Centre Head in conjunction with relevant Sales Heads, to either upgrade or exit the relationship in line with corporate strategy.
* Provide Client Service Officer administrative support in addition to Team Leader duties, supporting Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs), delivering the highest quality of service in relation to all client banking needs:
* Time deposit transactions
* Fund and portfolio transfers
* Provide clients with banking information and other general non investment related activities
* Addition or change of personal details
* Handling and processing of new account documentation in coordination with SRMs / RMs who are solely responsible of the completeness and sanity of the Account opening documentation before handing over to Operations
* Accurate record keeping and assistance in providing and maintaining records
* Provide client Brokerage and Non Advised Investment booking support to SRM’s and RM’s.
* Meeting Credit documentation related requirements within approved guidelines - margin calls, top-ups, internal transfers etc
* Assist SRMs / RMs in the provision and maintenance of excellent Know Your Client (KYC) records, help and coordinate with SRMs / RMs with client screening, disposing of exceptions as they arise to ensure accurate and up to date client information is held in the Bank’s systems.
* Development Value:
* As this role covers a variety of grades and people management function will give opportunities to develop skills that would see development first of all within the Service and Control area and leave a choice of routes to follow either within or without Citi IPB.
* Gaining experience of the processes surrounding international financial services provision as well as dealing with clients would provide ideal preparation for moving into a more sales orientated role or maturing through service and operational development to take on greater responsibility.
* Whilst working in this area, the incumbents would be given the opportunity and be encouraged to sit professional examinations to prepare for future career.
* Future roles hereafter could be Relationship Manager, Team Leader for Operations as well as other roles in other units.
