Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Operations Support Officer / Site Lead supports MD 3/S3 by leading cross-functional and theater-level integration, coordinating operational reporting, trend analysis, and capability improvements from deployments and exercises. As the primary site lead, this role oversees operational planning teams and facilitates collaboration with DoD entities, U.S. Allies, government agencies, and higher headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.
Support, participate in, and/or lead MD 3-led and supported Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) for mission programs.
Process, distribute, and execute Higher Headquarters (HHQ) taskings at classification levels up to TS/SCI and SAP.
Review and coordinate HHQ mission-related documents for SEW missions and operational units; collect and consolidate weekly SITREPs, and track and report EWCD OPSCAP/SYSCAP changes.
Collect essential mission data (e.g., key events, tasking changes, maintenance, training, OPSCAP/SYSCAP) for trend analysis and provide recommendations based on updates.
Maintain communication with MD 3 deployed teams and leadership; report on deployment statuses, site updates, orders, and SITREPs.
Liaise with USSPACECOM, C/JFSCC, SpOC, and CCMDs to support coordination and integration of SEW capabilities.
Review, edit, and coordinate tasking, execution, deployment, warning orders, and special instructions with applicable organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
A minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations support, planning, and coordination within defense or space-related operational environments is required. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in leading operational planning teams and effectively coordinating with joint, interagency, and multinational partners to achieve mission objectives and enhance operational integration.
CERTIFICATION: Professional Military Education (PME) or equivalent operational planning
certification preferred.

The primary role of the Modeling and Simulation Product Team Lead will be developing emulators, integrating 3rd party simulators, developing scenarios, and anchoring models and system behaviors for the organization
As a secondary role, the Product Team Lead will also be expected to occasionally contribute technical expertise in support of the co-located Experimentation Lab (X-Lab) organization on the program.

REQUIREMENTS
● Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
● Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
● Align with TEG's Uniform Standards.
