Job Description
The Lead Site-Staff will oversee and support site-staff team members and operational needs to ensure client living needs are meet and maintain facility upkeeping daily.
The starting pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Responsibilities
Lead Duties:
Lead daily operations for the facility.
Schedule Site Support team, ensure schedules are optimized for productivity.
Monitor all facility needs (i.e. rooms are cleaned, trash cans are empty daily, staff offices are cleaned, hallways are mopped and free of debris, etc.), ensure facilities are clean and always organized.
Supervise and train Site Support personnel.
Work with Site Ambassador and Site Manager to ensure all projects, repairs and ordering are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
Responsible for inventory and informing Site Ambassador on ordering supplied as needed.
Submit daily and weekly inventory logs to the Site Manager and/or Site Ambassador as facility requirements and standards.
Input all necessary information by utilizing Microsoft Edge programs and update all current documents.
Maintain accurate records in electronic and paper files.
Prepare for all incoming new employees by coordinating with the site manager and applicable supervisors.
Lead initial site tours as needed with all new employees.
Keep up with the new employee's 90 Day process by checking in with employees and all applicable managers.
Report any inappropriate staff behaviors to HR immediately
Client Care:
Assist Client Care Associate when necessary to prepare and serve meals to clients while following food safety practices.
