Purpose Statement
The Production Team Leader is responsible for clarifying and enhancing the Supervisors ability to conduct their daily activities, to accomplish RPC objectives. In addition to providing the Customer with the best product, value and service as possible, provide a safe and clean environment that promotes Quality, Productivity, and a Healthy RPC-Employee relation.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Supervises the daily production schedule execution. Ensuring that it is manufactured in compliance with the Specifications set forth by the Customer and RPC Maintaining or exceeding, manufacturing Standards, Yields and Efficiencies
* Promotes Continuous Improvement Process throughout facility.
* Promotes Quality of Work Life for all employees.
* Ensures that all required documentation for production records is completed according to RPC policies.
* Train line leads, and line employees on Rules and Regulations, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Expectations.
* Resolves any employee issues through grievance process. Recommends Recognitions, Promotions, or disciplinary actions based on Employee performance.
* Attend and complete any RPC sponsored Training.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
* High School graduate or equivalent (GED), College or degree (Preferable)
* 5 years Food Manufacturing experience (Minimum)
* 2 years Supervisory experience (Minimum)
* Green Belt certification and experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency is preferred.
* Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
* Strong math skills
* Speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a Plus)
* Basic computer skills
* Effective Communication Skills (Will direct English, Spanish, and Asian speaking employees)

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound, outbound, Product slotting and customer communication activities daily, including labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment and manpower. Plans the daily work schedule by reviewing existing work orders, arrival notices, and instructions from customers. Assesses priorities based on time sensitivity and available resources. Assigns duties to appropriate warehouse staff.
Reviews pending jobs or trends, plan for reorganization of warehouse space, and needed changes in levels of supplies, equipment, or staffing needs.
Trains new staff in assigned duties, or delegate training responsibility to experienced team members. Assesses progress of trainees and adds additional duties as appropriate.
Keeps informed of quantity and quality of jobs being performed throughout the day, providing guidance and advice as necessary.
Assigns supervisory duties to experienced team members acting as leads for lower-level warehouse staff. Keeps abreast of progress or problems.
Keeps Manager advised of progress or problems requiring attention on a daily basis. Holds regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess the group's overall status. Discusses ideas for improvement. Keeps staff informed of new developments.
Assists in the physical operations as needed.

As part of Garver's growing Harlingen Water Infrastructure Design Center, the Civil Team Leader will be responsible for building, leading, and managing a group of civil engineering professionals in support of various water/wastewater projects. The Civil Team Leader will be engaged in site layouts, yard piping design, terrain modeling, stormwater calculations, coordination with other discipline activities, and performing quality reviews. What you'll do: Generally, the responsibilities of this role will entail taking projects from conceptual planning to bid ready documents, including conceptual/preliminary/final design, design calculations, inter-discipline coordination, preparation of specifications, coordination with regional offices and quality assurance and control. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the development of site civil designs for water and wastewater treatment/pumping facilities
Lead the design of complex treatment plant/pumping facilities yard piping systems and coordinate with other utilities
Lead the design of site paving, access, and fencing for water and wastewater treatment/pumping facilities and other ancillary infrastructure
Lead the design of grading and stormwater drainage plans including pre and post terrain modeling
Lead the preparation of calculations for the design of stormwater detention and conveyance
Lead the development of detailed plans and specifications
Coordinate floodplain permits, including a determination of base flood elevations
Oversee the development Civil 3D drawings
Coordinate with surveyors and geotechnical subconsultants

Professional Engineer Licensure (PE)

Experience with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Responsible for daily operations and quality and quantity of work performed throughout the Histology Lab. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications:
