The LEAD AR/AP ACCOUNTANT will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of accounting operations, managing heavy accounts receivable, accounts reconciliations, write-offs, nightly close, as well as system reconciliations.
LEAD AR/AP ACCOUNTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with oversight of daily activity of the operations accounting function, including daily close functions, transactional accounting, and account reconciliation.
Execute various daily tasks, monthly processing, and performing multi-system tie-outs.
Sets performance standards for operational accounting group to ensure compliance and set standards for monthly accounting processes
Heavy reconciliations for various functions such as bad debt reserve, systems, statements, and collections
Supervise team (4) in updating and improving processes in both AR and AP
LEAD AR/AP ACCOUNTANT QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background in AR, reconciliations, bad-debt, and some AP functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrates sound professional judgment using analytical and problem solving skills
Process improvement oriented with the ability to balance multiple projects

Salary Range $85k range plus 10% bonus
